When installing the LED display, the cutting of the cutting is first assembled, that is, the LED display outer frame is assembled. There are squares and circles in the market, but the assembly method is the same. After assembling the outer framework, place the unit board in the framework (the frame is positive on one side). At this time, the position of the back strip should be quite accurate to avoid errors. If the wrong one needs to be changed. Before production, first, determine the size of the LED display outer frame, take the most commonly used 3.5X90 profile and P10 unit board (the size of the display is 2 X5) as an example.
(1) To determine the size of the unit board, it needs to be accurate to millimeters. Take the P10 unit board: its size is 16cmx32cm.
(2) Calculate the net size of the unit board in the display screen, such as 2 (unit board) x16cm = 32cm; the width is 32cmx5 (unit board) = 160cm.
(3) Subtract 4mm in the calculated net size. As above, its net size is 32cmx160cm, then the size of the aluminum profile should be: (32cm-4mm) x (160cm-4mm) = 31.6cmx159.6cm. 31.6 and 159.6 are the actual size of aluminum profiles. When the screen length of the LED display is more than 3m, it needs to be reduced by 5mm.
(4) Connect the corner with the intercepted aluminum material with a self-attack wire, clean up the debris, and put it down on the front. Put the unit board in the direction, and do not make the direction wrong. Where there is a pin, you must put the magnetic pillar on the unit board and put the magnetic movie in the groove of the pillar.
(5) The length required to measure the light steel keel is intercepted and put on the magnet, try to make the magnet in the center of the keel to prevent the distance from deviation.
(6) Connect the keel with a self-attack wire with the border.
(7) Connect the unit board to a bridge with a line, which cannot be twisted.
(8) Fixing the power supply to the appropriate position in the profile usually places the power supply on the profile under the LED display. Still, it must be insulated from the unit board.
(9) Connect the power cord. Although the LED display is low-voltage, the current is huge, and it should be powered by the unit. The rated current of a P10 unit board is 4A, which means that a 40A power supply can bring ten unit boards. During the wiring, the unit board is divided into three groups (one of which has four unit boards), which are powered by the three-way power supply. This can reduce the cross-section of the wire and bring convenience to the wiring and wiring. The power supply of the LED display unit board is connected in parallel, that is, the positive pole is connected to the positive pole, the negative electrode is negative, and the general VCC,+5V,+V is the positive electrode. GND, COM, -V is negative poles. And the positive and negative poles must not be wrong, otherwise, the unit board will be damaged.
(10) Put the control card on the input end of the unit board, and provide 5V power directly from the power supply. The control card is divided into sequences. When connected, the arrow marked wiring at the arrow input end of the unit board.
(11) Connection between the unit board and control blocks. There are white letters A markers on the control card, and the input terminal of the unit board also has such marks. When wiring, the two A tags should be parallel to the correct connection.
After the above work is completed, clean up the debris in the LED display screen to prevent the electrical aluminum, iron end, and wire head fall into the circuit board to cause unit board damage. After the cleanup work is completed, the data cable should be done before the power-on the test, because the control card cannot be displayed normally before the data cable is not changed.
